Website Index

The Index on some of my webpages are out of date and some of the internal crosslinks are missing.

I am working on a re-arranged and updated page, glomming everything into one place, basically an online book of short essays.

I have a lot of duplication on my website, usually because I take different approaches to the same set of issues, but also because I forget that I have already written about the subject.  I'll fix that and try to get it down to less than 50K words.
